Paramount Machine Tools

Paramount Machine Tools is a small shop located in the Mayapuri Industrial Area, Phase-1. We are at Shop No. 29 in the D.D.A. Shopping Complex. If you know Mayapuri, you know it’s a place where things get built and repaired. It’s a bit gritty, and there is always the smell of machine oil and metal in the air. We deal with various machine tools, helping people get the equipment they need for their own workshops. Our shop is packed with different items, and sometimes it’s hard to find a clear path through the aisles. We’ve been in this complex for quite a few years. It’s a noisy environment with all the other shops nearby, but we like it. We spend most of our time talking to customers who come in looking for specific parts or advice on a machine. We don't use any fancy sales talk. We just show them what we have and tell them how it works. It’s honest work. Sometimes the electricity goes out in the area, and we just have to wait it out. We get our tea from the same vendor every day. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us here making sure the shop stays running. We know our regulars by name, and we’ve seen their businesses grow alongside ours. It’s just the way things go in Mayapuri for us.
