Our office is located over in Moti Nagar, right on the first floor at 16 A Shivaji Marg. If you know Najafgarh Road, you know how loud and busy it can get with all the traffic and shops nearby. Paramitra Hotels N Resorts Private Limited is based right in the thick of it. We spend our time managing different resort properties and making sure the hotel side of the business stays afloat. It is a lot of paperwork and phone calls, more than you might think. We are just a small team trying to keep things organized. There are days when the internet goes out or the power flickers, and we just have to deal with it like everyone else in Delhi. We are not fancy people. We wear regular clothes and talk to our neighbors. The first-floor space works for us because it keeps us away from the street noise just enough to get some work done. People often ask what we do, and we just tell them we look after places where people sleep and eat when they are away from home. It involves a lot of coordination with different staff at different sites. We try to keep our head down and just do the work. Being in Moti Nagar means we are close to everything we need. We do not need a shiny glass building to do what we do. We just focus on the tasks at hand and keep things moving.
