Moving house is a headache. We are based in Uttam Nagar on Arya Samaj Road. It’s a busy area and the traffic can be a nightmare sometimes. We’ve been doing this for a while now, just helping people shift their belongings from one place to another. We have a few trucks and a small team of guys who do the heavy lifting. It’s hard work and it gets dusty. We handle boxes, furniture, and all that household stuff. People usually call us when they’re stressed about moving. We try to just show up and get the job done without making a big scene. The office isn't much to look at, just a place to coordinate the drivers and keep the packing materials. We go all over the city. Sometimes we're late because of the Delhi traffic, but we always get there eventually. We don't use any fancy tracking software or big corporate systems. It’s mostly just notes on paper and phone calls. We know the shortcuts around West Delhi pretty well by now. If someone needs to move their kitchen or their bedroom sets, we bring the bubble wrap and the tape and get to work. It’s a straightforward business and we just keep at it every day. It is a lot of sweat and lifting but someone has to do it. We are just regular people helping people move their lives.
