We are located over at H 482 in Vikaspuri, which is right by K R Mangalam School. It's a busy part of the neighborhood. Most days, we are helping people who are trying to start a family but are having a hard time. IVF and fertility stuff can be pretty stressful for couples, so we try to keep things quiet and calm inside the hospital. It’s a medical space, so it smells like one, but we try to make the chairs comfortable at least. People come from all over this part of Delhi. The school nearby means there’s always a lot of traffic during drop-off and pick-up times, so that's something to watch out for if you're driving here. We’ve been part of Sharma Hospital for some time. We aren't a big chain with a glossy brochure. It’s just us here, looking at charts and talking to patients about their options. Some days are happier than others when things work out. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting with folks who have a lot of questions. It's not easy stuff to talk about, but we do our best to listen. The building is older but it works for what we need. You’ll see us there in the mornings usually getting things ready for the day. It’s just a regular local place where we do our work and try to help where we can. We have nurses here who have been with us for years and they know the patients by name.
