Ooms Polymer Modified Bitumen

This office is tucked away at F-291 in Karam Pura, right on Shivaji Marg in New Delhi. It is a busy part of the city, so there is always something going on outside our door. Ooms Polymer Modified Bitumen has been here for a bit now. The space is pretty functional, mostly just desks, chairs, and some filing cabinets. We did not bother with expensive carpets or fancy lighting. It is a place meant for working, not for looking impressive. The air conditioning works okay, though it struggles when the Delhi summer really kicks in. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. It can get a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. The 110015 area is convenient for getting around, even if the traffic on Shivaji Marg is a nightmare during rush hour. We usually order lunch from the small places nearby. There is no big corporate vibe here, just a handful of people trying to stay on top of their tasks. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and one of the chairs squeaks every time you move. We just ignore it and keep going. It is an honest, no-frills kind of workplace. We are not trying to be anything other than a local business doing its thing in this crowded city.
