Omaxe Ltd

Our office is on the third floor at B-60, Hari Nagar, New Delhi-110064. Being on the third floor means I get a bit of a workout every day because the stairs are steep and there isn't a lift. Omaxe Ltd has been in this building for a long time. The office space is okay, though it feels a bit small when we have a lot of paperwork or visitors coming in. There’s a big window that looks out over the street, and I spend a lot of time watching the traffic when I’m on a long call. We have old metal desks and chairs that squeak every time you move or adjust your seat. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular office where we do our daily work. Most of the day is spent checking through files and updating the records on our old systems. We have a small pantry area where we keep the water cooler and some tea bags for the staff. Someone usually brings in some fried snacks on Fridays to share with everyone. The neighborhood is a mix of old houses and small family businesses, so it’s always got something going on. We don't have a lot of fancy technology, just what we need to get the job done properly. It gets quite warm in the summer months, even with the fans going full blast. We mostly just keep our heads down and work.
