Om Sai Intex

Our office is in Narang Colony, specifically in the Vashisht Park area at Rz D 50. It’s a residential neighborhood mostly, so it is a bit quieter than being right in the middle of the city. We have a ground floor spot which is handy for bringing in samples and materials. Inside Om Sai Intex, you’ll see lots of catalogs and bits of wood or fabric lying around because that is just the nature of what we do. It is a bit of a mess sometimes, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites, so the office is often just a home base for the morning and evening. My cousin helps out with the accounts and I handle the rest of the paperwork. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the bell rings, one of us just gets up to see who it is. The tea stall at the end of the road is where we usually end up around four o'clock for a break. It is a decent place to work. We’ve had this spot for several years and the landlord is a nice guy who lives nearby. It’s just a basic office where we get the planning done before we go out to the actual jobs. We don't need much more than that. It is a practical space for practical people.
