Om Logistics Ltd.

Situated down in Street Number 5 of Raja Puri, our Om Logistics office is right in the heart of Uttam Nagar. Because it’s a narrow street, things often get a bit hectic when we’re trying to coordinate vehicle movements. Most of the time, we’re busy with the phone ringing and people calling to ask where their shipment has reached. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that for visitors. It’s just a room with some old desks, computers that sometimes run a bit slow, and a lot of paper stacked up in folders. The air in New Delhi is usually thick with dust, so we’re always wiping down the tables before we start work. We handle a lot of the logistics for small businesses nearby, mostly moving goods across the state or even further into the country. It’s honest work that requires staying organized, even when things feel a bit chaotic outside. The guys here have been doing this for a long time, so they know how to handle the different types of cargo that come through. We don’t bother with big slogans or trying to look bigger than we really are. We just focus on the manifest and making sure the loaders know which truck is which. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment is expected, drinking tea and waiting for the truck headlights to appear at the gate. It’s just how it goes in this business.
