Om Kala Malhotra & Sons Housing Solutions Private Limited

Our office is at C-6 on the first floor in East Uttam Nagar. It’s a family-run kind of thing, which you can probably tell from the name Om Kala Malhotra & Sons Housing Solutions Private Limited. We deal with housing stuff, which basically means we help people figure out where they're going to live or invest their money. East Uttam Nagar is a very busy area, very crowded but full of life. The office is just a few rooms where we keep our files and meet with folks. There’s always someone coming in to ask about a flat or a piece of land. We’ve lived and worked in this part of New Delhi for a long time. My sons and I handle most of the day-to-day stuff ourselves. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing budget. We mostly rely on people knowing who we are through the years. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit steep for some, but once you’re up here, it’s a decent space. We usually have the fan going full blast during the summer because it gets quite hot in these buildings. We try to be honest with people about what they can afford and what’s actually available in the market. Real estate can be tricky and confusing, so we just explain things the way we see them. It’s a simple business. We’ve been in this spot for years and it works for us. We just keep moving forward.
