Nucleus Health Hub

We are located at B-1/10 on Road Number 30 over in Paschim Vihar. It’s a quiet enough corner of Delhi 110063. We set this place up because we wanted a spot where people could just focus on their health without all the loud music and bright lights of those big chain gyms. It’s a hub, but a small one. We have some weights and some basic cardio stuff. It’s not a massive warehouse, so you might have to wait a minute for a machine if it’s a Monday night. We try to keep the equipment in good shape, but things break sometimes and we fix them when we can. The floor is just standard gym flooring. We aren't designers, we just put the stuff where it fit. Most of our members are from the surrounding blocks. They walk over in their slippers sometimes, which is fine by us. It’s a relaxed atmosphere. We don't have those pushy sales people trying to get you to sign up for five years. You just come in, pay for your time, and use the gear. It’s a basic setup for anyone in Paschim Vihar who wants to stay active. We keep the place open and the water cooler filled. That’s about all there is to it. Just a regular spot on Road 30. It isn't perfect, but it does what it needs to do for the neighborhood without making a big deal of it.
