You can find us at Jim Plaza on the ground floor. It's in Vikaspuri, right across from the Karela School. It’s a pretty busy area with kids and parents always around. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, helping people figure out their housing money. Buying a house is a big deal and can be really confusing with all the forms and rules. We sit down with folks and go through the paperwork together. It's not a fancy office with marble floors. We just have some desks, chairs, and a lot of folders. Sometimes the computers are a bit slow, and the office can get a little cramped when a few families come in at the same time. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. People mostly come to us because their cousin or a friend told them we were helpful. We try to explain things in plain English so nobody gets lost in the legal talk. It's just a small team of us here. We know the local area well and understand the struggles people face when trying to get a loan. We aren't a giant bank, just a local finance company trying to make things a bit easier for our neighbors. If the door is open, you can just walk in and ask your questions. We usually have someone who can talk to you.
