Nirmal Pushp Foundation

You can find Nirmal Pushp Foundation over at Shop No. 1A-6/63 in Moti Nagar. It’s a small shop space, not really what you’d expect for an office, but it suits us just fine. We like being right on the street level where people can see us. It makes it easier for folks in the neighborhood to just pop their heads in and say hello. We spend our days mostly handling local requests and trying to be useful. Moti Nagar is a busy area, so there is always something going on outside our door. Inside, it’s a bit more relaxed, though we do get quite a few visitors. We don't have any big mission statements written on the walls. Usually, it’s just a calendar and some notes tucked into the frames of the windows. We try to keep things simple. If someone needs help with something, we see if we can manage it. Sometimes we’re out running errands and the shop is closed for an hour, but we’re usually back soon. We’ve been in this spot for a bit and the other shopkeepers nearby are good people. We share tea and talk about the day. It’s a local way of doing things. We don’t need a huge staff or a skyscraper. This little shop in Moti Nagar is enough for us to do what we need to do. It’s just how we operate every day. It feels right being here in the middle of the market.
