Nijdham Welfare Foundation

Nijdham Welfare Foundation is located at Shop No 4 and 5 in Moti Nagar. We actually live in the residence right above the shops, so we are always around if someone needs us. We are right by the Landmark Main Market in West Delhi, which is a very busy and loud place to be. There’s always someone shouting or a horn honking, but we like the energy. We started this foundation because we wanted to do something for the people in our own market and neighborhood. It’s a very simple setup. We use the shops as our main office and meeting space. You’ll usually find us sitting there with the door open. We don't have any fancy furniture or a big team of experts. It’s just us and some people from the area who help out when they can. We don't spend money on advertising because everyone in Moti Nagar knows where we are anyway. We just try to be useful and solve small problems for people. Sometimes it’s a lot of work and we stay up late upstairs planning for the next day. It’s a local life and we’re happy with it. We don't use any corporate talk or have big meetings. We just sit down, have some tea, and figure out what needs to be done. It’s an honest way to live and work in West Delhi.
