Our small team works out of H-40 in Bali Nagar. If you know the area, it is pretty easy to find once you get off the main road. The office is basically just a few rooms filled with desks, some old monitors, and a lot of tangled wires tucked under the tables. We handle a lot of digital work here, which mostly means we spend too much time staring at screens and typing away. It is not a very quiet place because there is always someone talking or a phone ringing somewhere in the back. We started doing this because we liked the technical side of things, and Bali Nagar seemed like a decent spot to set up. There is a small park nearby where we sometimes go when the office feels too cramped. Usually, there are stacks of hard drives and papers scattered around. We drink way too much chai during the day to stay awake. No one wears suits here. We usually just come in wearing whatever is comfortable and get to work on the files and projects for the day. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling noise, but we have gotten used to it. It’s just a normal workplace where people show up, do their bit with the computers, and then head home through the Delhi traffic.
