Nagamans Helping Foundation

Nagamans Helping Foundation is based at Flat No. 512B in the Kirti Shikhar Building. This is right in the middle of the District Centre in West Delhi. It’s a very busy part of town, so there is always a lot of noise and movement around us. We’ve been in this office for a good bit of time now. It’s just a regular flat that we’ve turned into a workspace. We aren't a large group. Mostly it’s just three or four of us handling everything that comes our way. West Delhi has its own energy, and we try to match that with our work. We don't really have a set way of doing things. We just handle problems as they appear. It’s a lot of phone calls and meeting with people from the neighborhood. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. We just talk to people. Sometimes the building gets a bit crowded and the elevators are slow, but that’s just part of being in the District Centre. Our office isn't very decorated. We have what we need to get the job done and that’s about it. We like being part of the local community and helping out where we can. It’s not always easy, but it’s rewarding in its own way. We just keep our heads down and do our best every day. That’s really all there is to it at Nagamans.
