Our office is tucked away at B/ B 27 C in Janak Puri, New Delhi. Even though M/S Raychem Rpg Ltd. is connected to a big group, the RPG Group, we try to keep things feeling more local here in Delhi. Janak Puri is a busy residential and commercial area, and our spot is pretty easy to find if you know the blocks. We deal with a lot of technical stuff, mostly energy and engineering things. It’s a lot of meetings and technical drawings on our desks. The office isn't overly decorated; it’s more about function than form. We have a team that’s been around for a while, and we all just try to get through the day’s tasks. Delhi traffic is always a mess, so we spend a lot of time on the phone or email instead of driving around. We don’t really go in for the big corporate speeches. We just know our products and try to get them to the people who need them. Being part of a bigger group sounds impressive, but on the ground here in Janak Puri, it’s just us working in the office. We deal with the usual Delhi heat and the noise from the streets. It’s a regular job for us, and we just try to do it well without any extra fluff. We might be part of a 3 billion dollar thing, but in this office, it's just about getting the orders right and checking the papers. We just focus on the day-to-day.
