We are based in Dwarka, which is a massive part of New Delhi with more apartment blocks than you can count. Our office is in Sector 18A, inside the Veer Awas complex. We’re in Flat No 143. It’s a residential building, so it feels very different from the glass buildings in Gurgaon or Noida. We handle estate and commercial stuff, mostly property things that come up in this part of Delhi. Since we are in a flat, the kitchen is where we keep the water filter and the files are kept in what used to be a bedroom. It’s a bit tight when we have more than four people in here. The elevators in the building can be slow, so we usually just take the stairs if we aren't carrying anything heavy. Dwarka is a long trek from the center of the city, but it’s where all the growth is happening lately. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people at coffee shops nearby because the office is a bit small for big meetings. It’s a simple setup. No fancy carpets or expensive paintings. Just some laptops, a printer that jams occasionally, and a lot of work to get through. We know the local guards and the guys at the gate. It’s a nice little community to work in, even if the traffic outside is a nightmare.
