M/S Parshant Constructions

Our office is tucked away at D-13/C in Sainik Enclave, over in the Vikas Nagar part of Uttam Nagar. If you know New Delhi, you know how busy and crowded it gets around here. We’ve been working out of this spot for quite a while now. Most of our days are spent running between different sites in the neighborhood. The roads are quite narrow, so getting our trucks in with sand or bricks is always a bit of a struggle. We have to time it just right so we don't block the whole street. We aren't a big company with lots of managers. It’s just us and a few regular workers who have been with the family for years. We don't have any polished brochures or a fancy reception area. Usually, you’ll find us sitting around a wooden desk with a pile of blueprints and some glasses of tea. When it rains, the ground here gets really muddy, which slows everything down, but we just deal with it as it comes. We prefer talking to people face to face rather than sending a bunch of emails. It’s just a more honest way of doing business in a place like this. We know the local shops and where to get the right materials without spending too much. It’s simple work, and we just try to get the walls straight and the roofs solid. It takes patience to work in this part of town, but we’ve got plenty of that after all these years.
