Our office is tucked away in Gh-8/83 in Paschim Vihar. It’s a decent area in New Delhi, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes. We’ve been handling building work and property stuff for a long time. It’s mostly small projects and helping people get their homes sorted. We don't have a big fancy reception. Usually, there's just a few of us sitting around a desk with a lot of blueprints and tea. Delhi is a fast place, but we try to take things one step at a time. If you drop by, you might see us arguing about cement prices or looking at some new site maps. We know the local rules and how things work in this part of the city. It's a family-run kind of vibe. My nephew helps with the site visits while I stay back to handle the phone calls. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to finish the work we started and move on to the next. The neighbors know us well. It’s a lot of talking and making sure things are moving. That’s just the way we run Maruti Builders. We don't bother with fancy advertising. Most people just come by the office because someone they know told them to. It keeps us busy enough.
