We are located at House Number 92 in Nawada Village, which is part of the Uttam Nagar area in New Delhi. It’s a very traditional neighborhood, and our office is right in the middle of it. The streets can be a bit narrow and winding, which is quite different from the wide avenues you see in other parts of the city. We work in the building and construction field, so there is always talk of materials, labor, and timelines going on around here. Our office is a practical space where we look over plans and manage the logistics of our projects. It’s not a fancy showroom; it’s a place where real work happens. Uttam Nagar is a very crowded place, but it has a lot of energy that keeps us going. We’ve been operating out of this house in Nawada for a good while. We know the local shopkeepers and the way the neighborhood works. We don't spend money on big advertising campaigns because most of our work comes from people who know what we do. It’s a very hands-on business. We spend a lot of time visiting sites and then coming back here to sort out the details. We aren't trying to sound like a giant corporation. We are just a local buildtech company trying to keep things running smoothly and making sure the projects get finished. It’s hard work, but we are used to it. We close up when the light goes down.
