Albatross Parcel Express is located right on the ground floor at T-179 in the T-Block area. Being near Shukkar Bazar Chowk in Uttam Nagar means there is never a quiet moment during the day. If you walk by our door, you will probably see us moving crates around or scanning labels under the bright overhead lights. The office is not very big, so we have to be careful about where we stack all the incoming parcels so we can still walk through the room. We get all sorts of things coming through here, from small paper envelopes to heavy boxes that take two people to lift properly. It is a lot of physical work, especially when the weather in Delhi gets really hot or when it rains and we have to rush to keep everything dry. We started this place because there was a clear need for a reliable shipping spot in this part of town. We do not have a big marketing team; we just have a few people who know the delivery routes and the schedules. The floor is usually covered in tape scraps and bits of bubble wrap by the end of the long shift. We stay open pretty late most nights to make sure the last truck of the day is loaded up correctly. It is just us doing the job, day in and day out. We do not try to be anything we are not, just a local place where you can get your parcels handled.
