M.P Housing Board New Delhi

We are set up here in Dwarka at 206 Pocket II, Sector 12. Most days are just about managing the housing files and talking to people who come by the office in New Delhi. It is a busy spot. We handle a lot of the back-and-forth for the M.P Housing Board from this branch. Usually, the phone is ringing or someone is standing at the front desk asking about their application. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where the staff sits and works through the paperwork. I spend a lot of time organizing folders and making sure the records are where they should be. It gets pretty crowded in the mornings when the public starts arriving. Dwarka is a big area so we see a lot of different faces every week. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can, but government work has its own pace. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the internet is slow, and we just have to wait it out. We have been in this specific sector for a while now. Most people find us easily because we are right near the main residential blocks. It is mostly just normal office work, making sure people have a place to live and that the rules are followed. It is not always easy, but it is what we do here every day. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles, just a group of people working together in this Dwarka office.
