Kirti Nagar is a busy place, mostly known for furniture, but we are over in the industrial area at 10/65. Montech Precisions is where we spend most of our waking hours. It is an old building, but it fits all our equipment just fine. Precision work is what we deal with, so there is a lot of squinting at small parts and making sure everything fits together. It can be a bit stressful when a deadline is coming up, but we usually manage. We have a few guys who have been here since the start. They know the machines better than anyone. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually end up for breaks. It’s a loud area with trucks always moving in and out, but inside the shop, we try to keep things organized. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do the work right. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait, which is frustrating, but it gives us a chance to talk and catch up. We don't have a marketing team or a fancy website. This is just a place where we work with metal and tools. We keep our heads down and focus on the tasks. It’s a practical life. The floor is concrete and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but the machines are what matter most to us. We just keep going, day after day.
