M.K. Chopra Paints

M.K. Chopra Paints is our shop located at B13 in the Tagore Market area of Kirti Nagar. Being in a market like this means there is always something going on around us. We have been here for a good while, surrounded by other shops and local traders. The place is usually filled with cans and buckets of all sizes and colors. There isn't much room for a fancy showroom, so we just stack things wherever they fit on the shelves or the floor. You’ll often find paint on our clothes and probably on the floor too, as it’s a busy workspace. We spend our days mixing colors and helping people figure out what they need for their homes or shops. The market can be quite noisy with all the loading and unloading of goods from the trucks. We do a lot of that ourselves, carrying heavy tins back and forth. It’s physical work but it keeps us busy and the day goes by fast. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything like that. Just a simple counter and some old chairs for when people want to sit and talk about their projects. We aren't into big sales pitches or promotional talk. If we have the item, we'll tell you, and if we don't, we'll try to find out when the next batch is coming. It’s a basic business run by people who have been around the market for a long time.
