Metabolikx Fitness

Metabolikx Fitness is right here in Janakpuri at B 1/7. We’ve been around this part of Delhi for a bit now. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite Metro Pillar Number 547. It’s a handy spot if you’re commuting by train every day. The place isn't fancy, but it gets the job done for most people. We have the usual weights and some cardio stuff that most of the regulars use. It stays pretty busy in the evenings when everyone gets off the metro after work. We try to keep things clean, though it’s hard when it rains outside and people bring in mud. There’s a mix of younger kids and some older folks who just want to stay active. We don’t have any big flashy signs or neon lights. Just a regular place where you can come and do your workout without any fuss. The fans work well, which is important during the Delhi summers when it gets really hot. Most of our members live nearby in Janakpuri or work in the local shops around here. We don't really do the whole loud music thing too much, just enough to keep some background noise going. It’s basically just a local gym for local people. Sometimes the parking is a bit of a headache near the pillar, but most people just walk or take a cycle rickshaw. We are open early if you like to get it over with before the sun gets too high.
