We’re located at N-23 in Ragubir Nagar. It’s a busy part of New Delhi with the pin code 110027. Our office is a straightforward building that blends in with the others on the street. We’ve been here for some time now, and the neighbors all know us. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have desks, chairs, and a lot of cabinets for all the records we have to keep. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it doesn't stop us from getting the work done. The street outside is always full of activity, which can be a bit distracting if you leave the door open. We mostly focus on the services side of the business here. It’s a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. There isn't a dedicated cleaning crew that comes in every hour, so we usually tidy up our own spots. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. It’s just a place where we work. We have a small kettle for making tea in the afternoon, which is a bit of a ritual for us. Sometimes the power goes out in this part of town, so we keep some backups ready. It’s just how things are in this neighborhood. We show up every morning and work until the day is finished. It’s honest work in a real part of the city.
