Our place is over at C-24 in the Dsidc Complex. If you know Kirti Nagar, you know how the traffic can get around here. We've been making different components in this unit for a long time. It’s mostly metal parts and small bits that go into bigger machines. The shop floor is usually pretty loud because of the presses. We have a handful of guys who have worked here since the beginning. We don’t do much advertising. Most people find us because they need a specific part that’s hard to get elsewhere. It's a functional space, nothing special to look at. There's usually a stack of crates near the entrance waiting for the courier. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, which is a pain, but we manage. We aren't a huge corporation with fancy offices. We just have a small desk near the front where we handle the paperwork. It gets hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going. It’s honest work. We spend our days measuring things and making sure the machines are running right. If a machine breaks down, we fix it ourselves. That’s how we’ve always done it. The neighbors are mostly other workshops doing similar things. It’s a busy little corner of the industrial area, and we’re just part of the furniture now. We keep things simple and try not to overcomplicate the day. The tea guy comes by at four.
