We are located out in Janakpuri, specifically at B-1/342 on the ground floor. It’s nice being on the ground floor because people don’t have to worry about elevators or stairs, which is helpful since we deal with medical travel. Janakpuri is in West Delhi and it’s a pretty busy residential and commercial mix. There is always something going on outside our door. We spend our days arranging trips for people who need to see doctors or go to hospitals in the city. It’s mostly about getting the timing right and making sure the patients have a place to stay that isn't too far from where they get their treatment. Our office is just a simple room with the basic stuff we need to run things. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. People often drop by to ask about different hospitals or how to get their medical visas sorted out. We just try to give them straight answers and help them get organized. It’s not a glamorous job, but it is necessary for folks who are unfamiliar with Delhi. We keep our records and files in order so that when someone arrives, we are ready to go. The West Delhi area has its own vibe, and we like being part of the community here while we help out people coming from outside for their health needs in a very practical way.
