Master Builder Construction Company

Master Builder Construction Company is based right here in New Delhi. We’re located in Hari Nagar, specifically in the L.I.G. Flats at 25B, Pocket B. It’s a busy residential area, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. Working from an LIG flat means we don't have a huge amount of space, but we’ve made it work for our construction business. We have desks crammed with project folders and site photos. Most of our time is actually spent out on-site in various parts of Delhi, but this is where the planning happens. New Delhi is a fast-paced city, and we try to keep up with it as best as we can. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything like that. If you want to see what we do, you usually have to go to one of the buildings we are working on. Our team is small, mostly just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We handle all the coordination with the laborers and the material suppliers from this flat. Sometimes the neighbors complain about the noise if we’re moving things around, but we try to be respectful. It’s a very local way of doing business. We know the shopkeepers downstairs and the guys at the tea stall. It’s not corporate, it’s just us working hard to get the projects finished on time without any unnecessary fuss.
