Our place is Master Auto Mach Pvt Ltd, located over in Mayapuri Industrial Area Phase I at WH 110. Being in an industrial area is different from being in a market. It’s all about machines and production here. We’ve been at this location for years, working with metal and various auto machinery. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings and we always have the sound of machines running in the background. It’s hard work, and your hands get dirty, but we enjoy it. We aren't a massive factory with thousands of workers. We’re a smaller team, which means we all know how to do a bit of everything. If a machine breaks down, we fix it ourselves. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come to WH 110, you’ll probably find us right there on the shop floor. We focus on getting the technical details right. It’s not about looking good; it’s about the parts working the way they are supposed to. We get deliveries in and shipments out every day. The traffic in Mayapuri can be a headache, but we’ve learned the best times to move things. We don't talk much about our history or anything like that. We just focus on the job we have today. It's a steady life and we’re happy to be part of the industrial community here in Phase I.
