We are over in Tilaknagar, New Delhi, at 19/41 A. We’ve been in this part of Delhi for a while now. Magichome is all about maintenance and fixing things up. If something breaks in a house or needs looking after, that is what we do. It’s not glamorous. It’s a lot of tools, spare parts, and getting our hands dirty. We have a small team of people who actually know how to fix stuff. We aren't some big call center where you never talk to the same person twice. You call us, and we come over to Tilaknagar or the nearby areas to see what’s wrong. It could be plumbing, or electrical, or just general wear and tear. We deal with the stuff people don't want to do themselves. Our office is just a place to store our equipment and handle the billing. Most of the work happens at the customer’s house. We try to be honest about how long a fix will take. Sometimes parts are hard to find, and we have to tell people they’ll have to wait a day or two. That’s just the reality of repairs. We don't use scripts when we talk to people. We just tell it like it is. We’ve lived in New Delhi 110018 for years, so we know how these houses are built. We just do the work and move on to the next job. It's how we make a living.
