Madhav Safety Works Pvt. Ltd. is located on the first floor of A-5 in Chhote Lal Park, which is right off Shivaji Marg in Kirti Nagar. Being on the first floor is nice because we can see what’s going on in the street and the park area. Kirti Nagar is always moving, and Shivaji Marg is one of those roads that never seems to sleep. Our work is centered around safety equipment, similar to what you’d expect in an industrial area. We have a lot of shelves stacked with various items. The office part of the building is where we handle the orders and talk to people on the phone. It’s a bit of a tight space when we get a lot of stock in, but we make it work. We are a small team and we’ve been working together for a long time. We don't have any polished speeches about our history. We just started working here and kept going. The atmosphere is usually casual, with people coming in and out throughout the day. We deal with a lot of regular customers who have been buying from us for years. We know their names and what they usually need for their staff. It’s the kind of place where you can get a straight answer without any corporate talk. We just focus on the supplies and making sure the orders are correct before they leave. It’s how we've always done things here.
