Maaniyam Nidhi Limited is based out of Jiwan Park in Uttam Nagar. You can find us at House Number C-21 on the first floor. It is a residential area, so it feels very much like a local neighborhood business. Kishan Chand’s family is well known here, and that is the kind of atmosphere we have in the office. It is a simple setup where we manage the savings of our members. We aren't trying to compete with the big banks; we just want to provide a local option for the people living in Jiwan Park. The walk up to the first floor is short, and we usually have the door open for anyone who needs to check their account. Uttam Nagar is a crowded place, but our little corner feels a bit more personal. We spend our days filling out forms and talking to members about their small financial goals. It is very routine work, but it matters to the people here. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby with coffee. It is just a desk, some chairs, and our files. We focus on being accurate and being here when people expect us to be. It is the kind of place where you can just stop by and get your work done without any hassle or complicated procedures. We have a few regular members who come in every week just to update their books and say hello. It keeps the day moving.
