You’ll find M Safe India on the ground floor of house 207 in State Bank Nagar. It’s in Paschim Vihar, which is mostly a residential neighborhood. Being on the ground floor is quite convenient because we don’t have to lug things up and down any stairs. Our office isn’t very big, but it’s enough for the few of us who work here. We deal with safety equipment, so there are usually some samples or boxes tucked into the corners. It feels more like a small workshop or a home office than a corporate headquarters. We like the quiet vibe of the neighborhood. You can hear the normal sounds of the street, and it’s a lot less stressful than being in the middle of a commercial district. We’ve been here for several years now and have a pretty set routine. We start the day with some tea and go over the tasks we have. Most of our work involves talking to suppliers or checking on deliveries. We don’t have any fancy reception area or anything. If you come by, you just walk right into the main room where we’re working. It’s a very honest and straightforward way of doing things. We just focus on getting our work done and making sure the orders are correct. It’s a comfortable place to work without any unnecessary pressure or fancy expectations.
