M S Style Furniture

We have been set up here in Jeevan Park for quite a while now. It is a small furniture shop on Som Bazaar Road, and if you know where the Shiv Shankar Mandir is, we are right nearby. Mostly we spend our days dealing with beds, chairs, and sofas. It gets really busy on bazaar days, but we actually like the crowd and the noise outside. My brother and I manage the floor ourselves most of the time. People come in just to look at the wood quality or see what new designs we have sitting around. We do not have one of those big fancy showrooms with glass windows, just the workshop space and some displays that sometimes get a bit dusty because of all the road work going on outside. But we just keep working anyway. Most of our customers are from right around the neighborhood and they just want something sturdy that will last in their homes. We build a lot of things to order too, which takes a bit of time, maybe a week or two depending on the polish. We do not use any fancy machines, just hand tools and some basic equipment in the back. It is hard work and the heat in the summer makes it tough inside the shop, but we have some tea and keep going. If you are passing by the temple, just stop in and say hello. We might be in the back sawing wood.
