Our place is located at F-46/A in Mahavir Enclave Part-3. We are tucked away in Gali No. 80 in Uttam Nagar, New Delhi. It is a very crowded area with narrow streets, but we have been operating here for a long time. We don't have a big fancy sign or a modern office. It is just a simple room where we manage our transport work. Dealing with logistics in a place like Uttam Nagar means you have to know the local roads and the best times to move things to avoid the worst traffic. We have a few staff members who handle the bookings and talk to the drivers. It is a lot of manual work and we keep a lot of physical records in big ledgers. We don't use any complicated software. We just rely on our experience and the people we know in the trade. Sometimes the neighborhood gets very loud, but we are used to it by now. We handle all sorts of goods, from small boxes to larger crates. Most of our business comes from local people who need things moved across the city. We don't have a marketing strategy. We just do the job and hope people come back next time. It is a humble setup, but we work hard and we know how to get things done in this part of Delhi.
