We started Livik Study Abroad Llp over here on Dayal Sir Road in Uttam Nagar because we noticed how many students around here were struggling with paperwork for overseas colleges. It's just a small office at Plot No. 11. Most days it’s pretty busy with people dropping by to ask about visas or which country has the best options for their budget right now. We aren't a big chain with fancy offices, just a local spot where we try to get the forms right and help people figure out their next steps. Sometimes the traffic on Dayal Sir Road makes it hard for students to find us the first time, but once they get to Plot No. 11, we just sit down and go through the details. It's a lot of reading through requirements and checking dates. We deal with all sorts of questions every day. Some people want to go to the UK, others are looking at Canada. We just look at the rules and tell them what they need to do. It’s practical work. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or anything. Usually, it's just one of us sitting at the desk with a bunch of folders. We've been at this address for a while now. Dealing with foreign universities is complicated, so we just try to keep things clear and simple for anyone who walks in from the neighborhood. We have stacks of brochures and old application forms everywhere. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is.
