LEO PARGIAL HOTEL PRIVATE LIMITED

Leo Pargial Hotel Private Limited is run out of flat number 341 in Loknayak Puram. We are in Pocket A, Block B, which is right near the JJ Colony in Bakkarwala. It’s a bit of a distance from the main city centers, but we like it here. It’s a residential area, so it’s mostly just families and local shops around us. We aren't a big hotel chain with massive signs. We are just starting out and handling everything from this flat. It’s a bit cramped sometimes with all the files and the computer setups, but it’s our space. We named it Leo Pargial after the mountain, which felt right to us. Central Delhi is technically where we are listed, but Bakkarwala feels like its own world. We do a lot of the administrative work ourselves. There’s no big reception desk or fancy lobby here. It’s just us working through the logistics of running a hotel business. Sometimes we have to head out to meet people or check on things, but this flat is our home base. The neighborhood is pretty quiet except for the usual sounds of kids playing or people heading to work. We don't like using big words to describe what we do. We are just a small company trying to build something from the ground up. It takes a lot of patience and long hours, but that’s the way it is when you start small and keep things local.
