Leighton Construction India Ltd

We are located on the ground floor of 14/77 in Subhash Nagar. It is a busy neighborhood in New Delhi, and being on the ground floor means we see a lot of people passing by our windows. Leighton Construction India Ltd is not about big boardrooms or expensive suits. Our office is a place where we park our bikes out front and come in to sort out the day’s problems. It is often a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but we are used to it. We keep things very basic here. There is a table for meetings and a few desks for the paperwork. We do not use any fancy business talk. We just discuss what needs to be built and how we are going to get the materials there. Sometimes we run out of space for all the files, so they end up in stacks on the floor. It is a real working office, not a showroom for clients. We know the local shops and the guys who run the tea stall at the corner. We have been part of this area for a while now. Most of our work involves making sure the sites are safe and the progress is steady. We do not promise anything we cannot actually do. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep things moving. It is a busy life in the city, but we are used to the pace of it.
