Larsen&Turbo

Our office is on Pankha Road, specifically at C-103 in Jeevan Park. New Delhi-110059 is a busy place, and the traffic outside is almost never-ending. You can hear the horns and the buses all day long from our desks. We go by Larsen&Turbo here. It’s a functional space, nothing too pretty, with white walls and some old metal cabinets where we store all the paperwork. The floor is a bit scuffed from moving furniture around, and the lights sometimes flicker if too many people are using the AC. We spend most of our time on the phone or typing away on keyboards that have the letters worn off. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with suppliers and workers. Sometimes we have people dropping by unexpectedly, and we have to scramble to find an extra chair. We don’t really do fancy presentations or anything; we just show people the numbers and the plans on a screen. There’s a small tea stall just down the road where we get most of our drinks. The people working here have been around for a long time, so we know each other's habits pretty well. It’s a steady environment, even if it gets a bit loud with the Delhi streets right outside the window. We just keep our heads down and try to get through the list of things to do before the sun goes down. It's just normal work.
