Laing O' Rourke Construction.

Our spot is in the LIG Flats at Hari Enclave, specifically JC-9A in Hari Nagar. It’s a very residential part of New Delhi. We’ve been running Laing O' Rourke Construction from here for a while. The office is quite small, tucked away in the housing area, so it’s not the easiest place to find if you don't know the way around. We spend most of our time out on sites, so the office is mainly for when we need to sit down and do the accounts or talk to the guys. It’s not fancy at all. We have a couple of desks, some chairs, and a lot of papers scattered around. We like it this way because it keeps our costs down. We don’t have a big staff, just a few reliable people who have been with us for years. Construction can be a messy business, and our office often looks like it. We don't try to hide that or make it look different. We just do the work that needs to be done. If there's a problem, we talk about it and fix it. We don't go for any of those corporate buzzwords. It’s just work. People around Hari Nagar know where we are, and we like being part of the local community. It’s a quiet place to base a construction company, and it works for us. Most of the time, we’re out before the sun gets too high anyway.
