We’re located at C-24 in Multan Nagar, way up on the top floor. It’s a decent climb up the stairs, but the view of the neighborhood is actually alright from up here. This part of West Delhi is mostly residential, so it’s quieter than some of the main commercial hubs. We run our resort business from this office. It’s a small operation, just a few people sharing a space. We don't have a fancy sign or a big reception desk. Most of the time, the desks are covered in notebooks and tea cups. We focus on the practical side of things, like bookings and maintenance schedules. It’s not always pretty, but we get it done. Sometimes it gets a bit hot in the summer since we're right under the roof, but we’ve got some coolers to help out. We’re just regular people trying to provide a decent service. We don't use corporate jargon or pretend to be bigger than we are. If you call us, you’ll talk to someone who actually knows what’s going on with your request. We’ve been in this building for a while and we know the other tenants well. It feels like a small community. We don't have any grand slogans. We just work hard and try to stay on top of our tasks. It’s a simple life and a simple business model, and that’s the way we like to keep it. Nothing flashy, just work.
