Krypton Gym & Spa

We are down in the basement at M-131 in Guru Harkishan Nagar. It is a decent sized space even though it is below street level. Being in a basement helps keep it a bit cooler during those really hot Delhi summers. Krypton Gym & Spa has been part of this neighborhood for a while. We have the workout area and then the spa part for when people want to relax after lifting. It is not a five-star hotel spa, just a practical place to unwind. Most of the guys and girls from around here come in before heading to their jobs. We open up early. The equipment is standard, nothing too crazy or high-tech, just what you need to stay in shape. Sometimes the music is a bit loud, but most people have their own headphones anyway. We try to keep the locker rooms tidy, though it is a struggle on busy Mondays. The stairs leading down can be a bit steep, so watch your step. We do not spend much on decorations. The walls have some mirrors and that is about it. People come here to work, not to look at the wallpaper. It is a straightforward gym. We like the vibe of Guru Harkishan Nagar. It feels like a small village sometimes because everyone knows everyone else’s business. If you live nearby, you have probably walked past our entrance a dozen times while running errands.
