K.R.Anand Engineers & Contractor

Our office for K.R.Anand Engineers & Contractor is tucked away in Janakpuri, specifically at A1-175. If you know New Delhi, you know Janakpuri is a massive place with lots of blocks and confusing turns, but we’ve been at this spot long enough that even the local delivery guys find us easily. It’s a typical Delhi setup where the office feels like part of the neighborhood. We spend most of our hours here dealing with blueprints and managing laborers for various contracting jobs we’ve taken on. There’s usually a stack of site reports on the corner desk that never seems to get smaller no matter how much work we do. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to worry about that. Being in New Delhi means we deal with the usual chaos—the noise, the crowded streets, and the constant rush. We aren't a big firm with shiny glass windows and a receptionist in a suit. It’s just us, some chairs, a few computers, and a lot of history in the contracting business. We’ve seen the area change a lot since we first moved in. Some days the internet is slow and we just sit around talking about the next project. It’s a grounded way to work, and it suits us just fine here in the A1 block. We usually keep some extra water bottles around for the workers who stop by in the afternoons.
