KO-N-KA CHITS PRIVATE LIMITED is located in Vikash Puri, which is in West Delhi. Our office is on the second floor of C-71. We have our office space set up with the basic necessities—nothing over the top. The pin code is 110018. We spend most of our time here going through documents and talking to folks who come by. It’s a very straightforward operation. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on being consistent and being here when people expect us to be. Vikash Puri has a lot of families and small businesses, so we feel like we fit in pretty well. It’s not a fancy corporate park. It’s just a room in a building where we do our jobs. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded if a few people show up at once, but we manage. We just keep things moving along day by day. If you’re in the area, you’ll see C-71 soon enough. It's a plain building and we're just one of the offices inside. We like the routine of being here in West Delhi. It is home to us now.
