Our place is tucked away in the Dsiidc Complex in Kirti Nagar, specifically at C33. If you know this area, you know it’s always busy with trucks and people moving things around. We’ve been dealing with electronics here for a long time. It’s mostly about components and getting things to line up on the boards. The air in the workshop usually smells like solder. We have a small team, and most of us have been here for years. We aren't big on meetings; we just get to our benches and start working on whatever needs fixing or assembling that day. The building isn't much to look at from the outside, but it works for what we do. We have shelves stacked high with parts that we probably should have organized better last summer. Sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what we need, but we always do. Kirti Nagar is a loud place, so we’ve gotten used to the noise from the other units. We spend most of our time staring at small parts through magnifying glasses. It’s quiet work in a loud neighborhood. We don't do much talking about "vision" or anything like that. We just make sure the electronics are solid before they leave the door. Most of our day is spent double-checking connections. It’s simple, honest work, and we’ve been doing it at this same address since we started out. Our desks are messy but we know where everything is.
