If you head to Plot Number W-6 in West Patel Nagar, you will find us on the first floor. We are really close to the metro station, so it's quite convenient for people who don't want to drive in the Delhi traffic. Since we are on the first floor, you have to walk up a flight of stairs, which is something to keep in mind. We have been operating here for quite a while now. It’s a general medical center where we do consultations and some basic tests. The space is divided into a few different rooms for the doctors and a small lab area. It’s not a fancy place with leather couches; we just have regular metal chairs for the patients. The lighting is a bit bright, but it helps the doctors see what they are doing. We get a mix of people coming in—some with just a cold and others with more long-term issues they need help managing. Our staff is local and they speak the language, so everyone feels comfortable talking to them. Sometimes the waiting room gets a bit cramped, especially in the rainy season when everyone seems to get sick at once. We don't spend much on decorations because we'd rather keep the equipment in good shape. It’s a very normal, everyday clinic for the people living in West Patel Nagar. We try to be honest about wait times and what we can do to help.
