Jyotisuper Constructions & Housing Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Delhi, specifically in the Vikas Nagar area near Uttam Nagar. Our office is at R-42/2, which is a standard building where we manage all the local housing projects we take on. Construction in Delhi is always a bit of a headache because of the permits and the tight spaces, but we’ve been doing it for a while now. We handle a lot of the planning and the paperwork for buildings around this part of the city. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks and a lot of rolled-up charts and maps of the local plots. We spend most of our time out at the actual sites, making sure the workers have what they need and that the materials arrived. It's a lot of dusty shoes and long phone calls with suppliers. Vikas Nagar can get pretty busy, and finding a place to park near the office is sometimes impossible. We just try to stay busy and get the houses built so people can move in. There’s always someone coming by to ask about a new plot or to check on how their floor is coming along. We don't do much advertising, mostly it’s just people in the neighborhood who know us and stop in. It’s a steady job and we like being part of the way the city is growing and changing these days.
