Jyoti Fire Safety (India)

Jyoti Fire Safety (India) is over in Karampura, specifically in Harsha House at M-6. It’s a busy part of town, so there’s always noise coming in from the street. We deal with fire extinguishers and safety gear all day long. It's a lot of heavy lifting and checking dates on labels. We started out small and stayed that way because we like knowing everyone who comes in. Our office isn't one of those glass-and-steel places. It’s a bit dusty because of all the equipment, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time talking to local shop owners about their safety setups. It’s important work, even if it’s mostly just checking valves and refilling tanks. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times we just sit and wait for the next delivery truck to show up at Harsha House. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Word of mouth usually does the trick for us. People in Karampura know us. We try to be helpful when someone is confused about which extinguisher they need for their kitchen or warehouse. It’s just about being practical and making sure the gear actually works if someone ever has to use it. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to keep things safe around here. It is a humble living and we are glad to be doing it.
