Our office is located in Sukar Bazar, Uttam Nagar. Being on the first floor at T-A8 means we’re right above the thick of it. If you know Uttam Nagar, you know how busy the markets can get. It’s loud, it’s crowded, and there’s always something going on downstairs. We like being in the heart of the action though. Our space is functional. We have a few desks and some storage for our records. We handle hotel and resort management tasks from here. It’s not a glamorous job, but someone has to do it. We spend a lot of time looking at spreadsheets and talking to property managers. The office doesn't have fancy air conditioning that works perfectly all the time, but we have fans and they do the trick. We’re not trying to impress anyone with a posh address. This is where we started and where we feel comfortable. Most of us live nearby, so we know the community well. We don't have a big HR department or a PR team. When the phone rings, one of us picks it up. We talk to people like they're our neighbors because, often, they are. It’s a very local way of doing things. We focus on the day-to-day operations and making sure the properties we look after are doing okay. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but we’re used to it by now. That's just how life goes in Sukar Bazar.
